Rob Oliver

Rob Oliver has held the position of President and CEO at Novitas Data since 2000. During his first year as the President and CEO of Novitas, sales grew 145%. He achieved this level of growth by developing and growing relationships with clients through partnering with like-kind businesses in other jurisdictions. Rob successfully developed the company with the ability to react to market needs in all facets of data collection, scanning, data processing and hosting. Success factors were also built around a strong, tenured team that averaged 15+years working for Novitas Data. Rob sold Novitas to Proteus Discovery Group in 2024 following his vision of achieving a national presence. Rob joined Proteus as a Vice President.

Prior to Novitas Rob worked as IKON documents services asregional operations manager, managing up to 5 offices around the greater Seattle, Tacoma area where he won some national awards for the lowest operating costs.
